Run this fundraiser for a two week period - all year round
How It Works:
Each participant in your group will be equipped with their own full color brochure, displaying a variety of T-shirt designs. Each seller is asked to sell our well designed and manufactured T-shirts to friends and family. Your group is asked to sell shirts for $15. We offer a nice variety of T-shirt designs, so there is sure to be something for everyone.
Once your two week fund-raising campaign is complete, you simply gather each sellers brochure/order forms, tally up your master order form and send it to us along with a check covering the balance sold, making sure to minus your groups $5.00 per shirt profits. Once we receive your master order form and check we will process your order and ship your T-shirts to you within 4 weeks of receiving your order.
Here is the best part!!! When you receive your shipment from us, all you have to do is open a box(es) that will contain each sellers individually packaged and clearly labeled order. Which means no sorting, no guess work or no handling by you! Simply open the box and handout the appropriate bag to the sellers.
Fundraising Tips:

Look through the catalog so that you can help your customers find a design that is of interest to them.

Show the catalog to family, friends, and classmates.

Ask your parents to take the catalog and order form to work to share with their co-workers.

Be sure to tell your customers why you are raising money.

Please be careful. DO NOT sell door to door or approach strangers. Never enter a stranger's home.

Sell only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Collect checks payable to your group/organization. DO NOT COLLECT CASH if at all possible.

Fill out the order form clearly in blue or black pen so that the order can be processed without any errors.

Set a goal for how many T-shirts you want to sell and try to beat it.

Remember that you can earn a FREE T-SHIRT of your choice for selling 10 or more T-shirts!
- Print out our promotional poster and post them at your arena, school and parents work places.
When Can We Start?
You can start your T-shirt fund raising campaign at any time. All you need to do is call and let us send you a sales kit!!! Your sales package consists of your design brochures, order forms, tally sheets and master order form. We also provide an advertising poster which is great for color copying and hanging around your arena, school and workplaces. This will heighten awareness and increase sales.
